You should print out and retain your Confirmation email ticket in the event that you need to contact us about your order. The prices of all tickets are as quoted on our Site from time to time in accordance. Prices All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking fee. Cancellation by you Note our cancellation policy: Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to visit please contact us 48 hours before your booking, every effort will be made to transfer your tickets to an alternative date. Cancellations made 47 hours or less in advance of your booking are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Cancellation by us If we are unable to open or honour your booking due to our own negligence a full refund (including booking fee) will be provided. In the event of any unforeseeable event beyond our reasonable control we may be required to close. Including, without limitation fire, flood, war, pandemic, governmental lock down or act of god. In such circumstances, your booking fee is non-refundable. Your tickets will be transferrable or at your request, refunded. Terms & Conditions of use Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers. Online tickets cannot be used in relation to any group booking or birthday party. Following the purchase of your Digital Ticket no refunds can be given, and you are not able to cancel your tickets or resell them. All persons covered by the Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time. Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date for which they were purchased. Should they be used on dates other than that for which they were purchased, Gypsy Wood Park will refuse entry. If Concession tickets are purchased online, Gypsy Wood Park reserve the right to ask for proof of status.
